Warranty
Our warranty
- NZ-made upholstered furniture (made in our own Auckland factory — sofas, lounges, beds, bed bases, headboards): 10 years.
- Imported furniture: 2 years.
- Appliances: the manufacturer's brand warranty.
Warranties apply under normal domestic use and are for the original purchaser. They cover defects in materials or workmanship.
What isn't covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Commercial or non-domestic use (unless stated otherwise)
- Misuse, neglect, improper care or incorrect assembly
- Damage caused by moving, cleaning or modification
Please follow the care instructions supplied, and protect furniture from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture — not following care guidelines may void the warranty.
Making a claim
- Stop using the product if you find a defect.
- Email sales@innovativefurniture.co.nz with your order number (proof of purchase), clear photos or video and a description of the issue.
- We assess the claim — photos may be enough, or an inspection may be needed. Approved claims are resolved by repair or replacement.
Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. See also our refund policy.
