These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Innovative Furniture website (innovativefurniture.co.nz) and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

References to “Innovative Furniture”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Venture Stakes Limited trading as Innovative Furniture (NZBN 9429049383195, company number 8193064), 14J Ryan Place, Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand. Innovative Furniture is a trading name of Venture Stakes Limited, which is the contracting entity for all purchases made through this website.

1. Ordering

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST at 15%. Venture Stakes Limited (trading as Innovative Furniture) is GST registered (GST No. 134-201-932). Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

We will arrange delivery of products to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For full delivery information, see our Delivery Information page.

4. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

6. Product Information & Accuracy

We take care to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration differences, and dimensional tolerances of ±1–2 cm are common in manufactured furniture.

Product images are representative and may include styling props not included with the product. Assembly requirements are noted on product pages where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product listings, is owned by or licensed to Innovative Furniture and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order or use of this website is limited to the value of the products purchased.
